How to sit on a Variable Balans?
It is important that most of the weight is on your hips and only about 10-15% is on your shins. Also, your kneecaps should not be touching the padding. This will help your back be more aligned and help you feel more balanced on the runners.

Overall disappointing quality given the elevated price point.1. Chipped veneer: Parts were not well packed. The middle connecting piece was very loosely wrapped in a cardboard without any tape and ended up arriving with dents and scratches, with a visibly chipped veneer as a result.2. Blemished upholstery: The top of the seat also arrived with a visible blemish that we're unable to get rid off by light rubbing.3. When we tried to assemble the chair, the screws did not even line up with the holes properly. You would have to force the screws into place to get them to fit into the holes.Unfortunately this was the last chair available on Amazon in this color, so we're still undecided on whether to return damaged goods or accept the faulty goods. In any case the delivered item was not worth the price we paid and Amazon is unable to offer any other resolution than to return/refund this item. There appears to be no other way to contact Customer Support.

Was a little doubtful on how good this chair really is, especially with its price point. Upon arrival I was amazed how comfortable and well balanced it is. The difference is likely due to quality of the foam on the kneel pads and the wood material which allowed slight sideway movements when sitting on it for a few hours. Def recommend to give it a try!

Expected better quality for the price, but it’s easy to assemble, and it fun to rock here and there in front of monitors.

I am very happy with my purchase! The chair is comfortable and I can feel a difference in my posture and support. I don't recommend sitting in it for all 8 hours of the work day, but really like using it for remote work especially for meetings. I like how it rocks back and forth and I love the color. I usually don't leave reviews but wanted to because I was so on the fence about ordering this, but I'm really glad that I did!

So far so good. Love the color. Cushion is sturdy but it’s because it’s new, so only time will tell how durable it is. Love that it rocks back and forth and sideways. Wish it has more height.
