Our den has a cathedral ceiling and no windows except for French doors at the back and a skylight (which we installed a few years ago). As a result, the room has always had a cave-like atmosphere. Finally, I convinced my husband to install track lighting and it has made all the difference!The rails were easy to install (according to my husband). The hardest part was getting the rails up on the ceiling. And the fact that the instructions called for installing the "live end connectors" on the rods. In fact, they had already been installed when we received the rails, but my husband wasn't aware of this and spent about an hour looking for them!We paired the rails with Junview LED Track Lighting Heads (also available on Amazon). They light up a collage of Old West themed art and Native American artifacts which had languished in the dark before, but now shine brightly. I am thrilled with my new lights and my husband didn't complain very much about putting them up. The only improvement I would have liked is a dimmer switch, but I will probably add one. I recommend this product.

Love this H track lighting rails. This kit came together pretty easily and allows me to run a cable to an outlet instead of running wire through the attic.
