Nicely packaged and appears very well made. It is stretchy unlike the other pipes I have which are Camco RhinoFLEX that click into place and stay how you put them but these red pipes appear to be much thicker material. These physically weigh much more than camco pipes of the same length. No leaks and easy to connect. Would buy again.

I love that this RV waste water hose (which sounds weird in yourself). It is exceptional quality, but I especially love the length and that it has two sections for flexibility. You can use one section when a shorter hose is needed or both sections when a longer one is needed. As mentioned it's heavy duty and a quality product. Even love the color (red) as it's easy to see. Exactly what we needed. Glad I did my research and settled on this one. Pleased customer!

This hose comes in two parts (not one long hose) and a elbow that fits on the drain hole. The website says that the hose will fit/store into a typical trailer bumper but that’s kinda not completely true. The hose connectors have a handy little tab that helps you grip it better so you can tighten the two lengths of hose together. Well those tabs won’t allow you to fit the collar into the bumper. The product is made very well and the collars fit and work so well that you really don’t need these little tabs so I just knicked the little tabs off with my Dremal tool and the hose slipped right into my bumper. The hose collapses very well and doesn’t spring back apart like the cheap hoses due. The collars are made very nice with a swivel type collar so you don’t have to spin the whole hose to connect the hoses together. I like the color and the clear elbow to watch that the waste water runs clear to show the tank had completely emptied. Very nice product. I’d recommend it.

I bought the 20' kit with an extra 10' extension. I owned a similar set of these hoses and used them for 5 years or so with no problems. I let them go with my old travel trailer when I sold it. I tried two different sewer hoses (Camco brand) from Wal-Mart, but they would not fit into a 4" plastic pipe which I use to carry my hoses.. nor would the fit into the bumper of my new Puma travel trailer. I know these Valterra units are good quality, though hard for me to connect because the fitting do not have large lugs to give me a grip when assembling the hose to my trailer and the 90 degree fitting. I finally figured out I could use needle nose pliers to close the connections with my geezer hands. (The Camco units from Wal-Mart have huge lugs that I could grip, but for this reason, would not store in a 4" pipe.) I don't store sewer hoses in the square steel bumper of my rv because continually inserting and pulling them out of the steel bumper wears the plastic off the wire and causes the hose to spring leaks. Round plastic pipe doesn't wear on the hose and cause leaks.I would have given this product a 5 star rating, but for the difficulty locking the hoses together. I think I'll try to put Vaseline on the rubber gasket in the connectors to see if they are easier to connect.
