The fit was perfect for my 11 year old to go paintballing.Construction is good and google plastic is clear. He even took a paintball to the head and this helmet worked great. He did not even know that he had gotten shot!On a side note, it is bright blue. This worked well, since he was the youngest in the group and it was easy to tell him apart from the other older people in the group (we had a wide group from 20 yrs to 50 yrs old).

Bought for my 6 year old to use with a gel blaster. Fits well and the strap across the top of the head is a great addition to keep it from sliding down. It obviously doesn't have high end features like an adult mask would have, but for the money it's awesome
