Don't buy this product. The contents of the package did not match the instructions. Parts were missing. The screws for the crossbars could not be fully tightened. In short, it could not be assembled. I sent an email to the "Help" address printed on the instructions and did not receive a reply.

I am very disappointed with this product.The quality is lacking and it's way overpriced. The Valet Stand is flimsy and not really "free-standing", I have had to put sandbags that are used in photography to stabilize it. The hanger support was extremely difficult to assemble due to the fact that the holes in the mating pieces were not fully aligned, I was able to make it work with the aid of a dead-blow hammer and a bench viseOn top of this, the Valet Stand arrived with a gouge/scrape at the drawer handle.I liked the design shown, that's why I chose it over the others available on Amazon for much less.I requested a replacement of the tray/drawer assembly that arrived damaged. The customer service representative at the email listed replied that it was not their problem since this item was not purchased directly from them and the seller I dealt with is not amongtheir authorized sellers. the rep suggested that I should try reaching out tothe original seller or Amazon

This item was part of my husband’s Christmas. It was easy to assemble & is just as it was advertised. He very pleased with it. It doesn’t take up much room in the bedroom & serves it’s intended purpose well.

This product is well design. The engineering and assembly process is exemplary. The assembly directions and schematics were superb. The customer service is par excellence. I informed the maker I broke an insert nut and had a replacement in 72 hours. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a wooden valet.

Unable to assemble, screws don't fit, drilled holes are too big, very dissatisfied

One of the 2" Machine screws threading was damaged and it could not be screwed on to the insert. Neither does the self tapping screw go fully into the shirt hanger part and there is a big gap between the metal part and the wooden hanger part where it is supposed to be fixed. Returning the product after it is unpacked is such a nuisance as there are so many parts and it is quite heavy. I had to go running around in circles trying to find a screw and insert that would work only to see that finally, the self tapping screw cannot be easily fixed and I have left it popping out as shown in the picture. All in all, a bad experience that has left a poor taste in the mouth.
