Although the product is very cute, it's unusable. They inside where you put spices is unfinished. Wood shavings and splinters would get ground into your spices.

I like that it's compact. It takes up very little room around my stove. I am new to enjoying pepper, I can only eat fresh ground pepper. The stuff in the can never did agree with me.
