All of the connectors had the piece that crimps the cable into the pins already crimped in place. This makes assembly very difficult as I have to first unclip that cover before inserting the cable. I have never received new connectors like this. I assume it was done to protect the terminals as they were just put in a bag. Packaging of these connectors should be very different to protect them.
