I bought two of these, one for a 91 W150 and the other for a 90 cummins, both worked great, you pull the handle portion out before you install it and rotate it if you want the handle orientated in the flat position like factory instead of the straight up and down orientation The grommet that goes through the fire wall is the wrong size, so just save your old one. I pre lubed mine with some silicone lubricant and its nice and slick and works as intended in both trucks.

Ten cuidado. Luce bien y se ajusta correctamente, pero al utilizarlo 2 veces, falla... Cómo? La funda se compacta e impide abrir el cofre o tirar de la cerradura, terminas con una longitud cable de casi 20cms y una funda arrugada.

Installation was much easier than expected. This was installed in a dodge Durango 2006. I believe there was a hole about the size of a half dollar to feed it through the hard part was bringing it along the same path as the old one which went under a number of other components in the engine department Sign that it was very simple. I’m 60 years old and hate doing car work, but this went in pretty much breeze.

Broke after about 5 times using it, would not recommend. Now I have to find a way to get my hood opened to remove this piece of crap and then spend $ on an oem one. DONT BUY THIS JUNK, NOT WORTH THE $ OR YOUR TIME INSTALLING IT.

It fit well as far as operational it works. The tea handle, looked like one in would have to be cut off because of it being vertical instead of horizontal, looks like it would interfere with the dash however, once it sticks out far enough past the dash it did not interfere. Also the grommet is not large enough to fit into the firewall. I’ll have to get another grommet or put some silicone around it. However, for the price and functionality, it is good.
