I needed a smaller diameter motor pulley on my mini lathe and I made two of them from scratch using my lathe as a mill. They came out “okay” but I didn’t have a way to hold the belt on the pulley. So I found these. But I needed a 10mm keyed shaft to go in here. By the time I bored out to 10mm, I ran out of material to broach the key. So I made a sleeve that press fit over and then heated it up and soldered it with that aluminum welding rod. Boarded and broached it to an1/8” key (because I don’t own a 3 or 4mm broach) and drilled and tapped new set screw holes. Works great. I made an extra.

Eigendlich ein wertiges Produkt von der Fertigung her gesehen,leider keine Angabe zu den Zahnabständen, die von Amazon vorgeschlagenen Zahnriemen passen leider nicht.
