This coupler has been running about 12 hours now under a modest load. No slippage, and any axis offset seems to be tolerated well with minimum vibration. Definitely happy so far, Would recommend and would buy again.

Had a Nema 23 coupler fail in the middle of a job. This seemed like a good alternative to the standard spring style. Was suprised how large it was when it arrived, but it will definitely last longer. Great quality with zero backlash.

What can i say, the item was as described, arrived in great condition, item appears to be of good quality. Only 4 stars for now as i have just installed and started to use will update shortly as the machine they installed onto is going to be working hard.

I installed a few of these 10mm-14mm couplers to attach NEMA34 stepper motors on my 4'x4' CNC router. I have used the smaller spiral cut couplers with NEMA23 steppers and could twist/damage them when an axis jammed. These are holding up just fine - even when an axis gets run into the stops (while testing).I was a little concerned that they do not have set screws that tighten onto the shaft - rather the single screw on each end tightens the collar around the respective shaft. So far no problems.
