I have tried several couplings for my CNC router and this one seems to be holding up better than the others. The fact that is is fairly solid with only a minor amount of give I think helps it be more sturdy.

I needed very tight tolerance on this part, and while i understand it's a cheap part, it wasn't very close. I had a motor hanging in space (supported only by it's shaft) acting as a regenerative brake. This meant any misalignment had the rotor oscillating around - not good. I ended up machining my own that was much more concentric and parallel.

Coupling has a large amount of run-out (>.01") and the 5mm bore was not finished all the way down. Had to drill the last 1/16" of the bore to allow full insertion of the motor shaft. The clamping screws also do not provide sufficient torque for clamping to nominal shaft sizes. Both threads failed prior to the coupling locking onto the shafts.
