Worked for what I needed. One pulley is store bought, other side was 3d printed. Belt ties the two together like it was supposed to.

After finding a better motor I needed a better way to drive my micro drill press. Originally it was driven by a smooth poly belt that would slip the moment a bit of torque was required. Now, this little guy bores perfectly and doesn't skip a beat. It refuses to slip! I don't see these belts wearing out but never say never!
