The switches are great and work as expected. However, from reading the description ("mounting hole .38"), I assumed it was the old standard 3/8" (.375). Bad assumption - it's actually about 0.391" which turns out to be 1/64" bigger than 3/8 (use a 25/64" drill bit). Not a big deal - I just drilled a slightly larger hole in my project. The shaft the knob mounts to is actually 1/4" so that worked out okay. Again, the switches are great; just beware they won't fit through the standard 3/8" mounting hole - you'll need to enlarge it a bit. I knocked off a star because I think the description is wrong (.38" vs the actual .39+).
