I use resin as a top coat for UV printed charms. Because of the printed nature of these, I need the resin to be as clear as possible and sadly, this one is not giving me good results compared to others (also ordered on Amazon). Not only is it not clear but there is also a slight tint. Because I sell the items I create, I cannot use this resin for my work. It is affordable but, in my opinion, it's better to spend a little more if you want the best clarity. That said, it cured fast and is probably clear enough for most cases.

The resin comes in a jug that’s easy to pour from. The box contains instructions and safety information. I wore gloves and worked with it in a well ventilated room.I tested it out by making a keychain and several nail art figures with molds. The resin is clear and I was able to cure a thin layer in 3 minutes using my nail uv lamp. I did my keychain in 3 layers so I could add in a dried flower and have a coloured backing. I used small amounts of alcohol ink and mica powder and both incorporated properly.The end products look great and I’m looking forward to experimenting with this uv resin some more.

This is the BEST UV resin I've used and I hope it will come back into stock soon. I've tried several others, even from this brand, and either they overheat causing warping and bubbling or they de-laminate soon after curing. I've never had any issues with this resin even with slightly deeper pours. Highly recommend and hope it will be back in stock soon!

Ultraviolet resins are used to create a hard clear body that's tough and easy to work with. This replaces a specific type of ultraviolet resin that's used for fly tying but this does just as well and is way cheaper. Buy It Now

I do a lot of art. I'm constantly switching mediums. Based on recommendations on here I bought this. I wasted so much time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I was using the wrong material. It was almost impossible to get the bubbles out. And yes I know all the tricks. It was kind of thin which you think would mean it would fill in those cracks and self level easily. Unfortunately that's just not true. Curing always took impossibly long. Even if the bottom of a molded piece cured when I demolded it the piece would be uncured on top. And it shrank while partially curing.I was so frustrated I almost gave up on UV resin.Once I got in my order of a different UV resin I decided to try I threw what was left of this one away, that's how disappointing it was. JDiction is so much better there's no comparison.

I used this product immediately upon arrival and am extremely impressed. I found a gold mine! I have found the ONLY brand I will EVER use again!! The value for such a great product is mind blowing!The first thing I noticed was the scent was not as strong as some brands of U.V. Resin, in fact, I barely noticed any odor at all! This product is thinner than I am use to, this helps it blend with colorants more easily. It spreads and levels itself much quicker and without as much manual manipulation to get it into small 'nooks & crannies'!I used only a 12 watt LED U.V. light with a clear pendant mold! There was NO shrinkage, and MOST impressively, it cured quickly with NO stickiness. It domed effortlessly, there were no sharp edges to sand off. It was ready to use right out of the mold!I have not yet used it without color mixed in so I cannot say if it is crystal clear when used alone. I can say, I did mix it with a very small amount of Alcohol ink and another with Pearl-Ex, the clarity with both additives was remarkable and I had no issues with bubbles!Overall, again I cannot express how impressed I truly am with this product! With the many brands of U.V. Resin I have tried, this is BY FAR the BEST in terms of ease, value and absolute perfection. I highly recommend this product, even for beginners!

I use it to glaze polymer clay charms and it works perfect. The smell is a little strong while you're using it, but if you pour small quantities on a sillicone mold to work with it it's not bad at all. It cures pretty good with direct sunlight and leaves my polymer clay creations very shiny and strong, it's honestly great for the price!

This is great for very small jewelry projects. I have noticed shrinking in some cases and transition lines if I use any layering. In some shapes and larger sizes of molds the heat generated during the fast curing caused a coming effect when I was shooting for a flat back. Watch videos for this specific brand. It's definitely wonderful for certain projects but definitely not going to be my go to product. As a glue for building inclusions it's perfect.

This is a very good UV resin at a low price.HOWEVERPlease keep in mind that it is a resin and should not be used by children or without proper safety equipment and research. The fumes of any resin can be harmful and it can cause serious harm if it touches your skin before being fully cured.UV resin is also typically only good for things making that are 1cm or less in depth, otherwise it is difficult if not impossible to remove the bubbles and properly cure it all the way through.PLEASE do your research into resin safety and the appropriate type of resin (UV or epoxy) before purchasing. Resin craft has become very popular recently but it should not be used unless you have done research into safety and proper usage.This particular resin comes out very clear and looks great if it's used properly, but it also has very strong fumes and doesn't work well if it's put on too thick. If you have experience with resin, especially UV resin, then this will work great for you.

Bought this as a new craft to try. So far It seems to be ok. Have no other products to compare it to so can’t give a review on that perspective. It does have a very strong chemical type smell when curing it with the UV flashlight. That part I don’t find good. Over all it is a fun way to make small items. Way too expensive to make larger items. I think I will stick to epoxy resins only for the fact of cost. They do take much longer to cure but the difference in price makes it worth it. Great to use for small embeds inside the larger pieces I make from the epoxy resin.

Fantastic and easy to use. Cures fast under 100W UV lamp. I’m using it for various applications including: custom jewellery and repairs, sculpting, making the “wet look” on art pieces, etc... Seems to be pretty durable and doesn’t seem to scratch very easily. Very pleased with this product.
