These are great 'portable' lamps. And this one is especially nice for my grandson - he loves the colors! You have a pull string on this lamp. Nothing really new for us oldies, but it is something new for my grandson.First pull, light on, 2nd pull, dimmer. 3rd pull, it moves through all the colors of the rainbow - when you get to the one you like, pull again and it will stay that color.The base has a good heft to it, so it won't blow over if in a wind. And the top is enclosed so no worries from water or wind with the whole thing.These are great to if the power should go out.

I have purchased several rechargeable lamps. No wires. No batteries to buy. Great if the power goes out.Not designed to be as bright as a reading lamp, but they are lovely for soft lighting indoors or out. I have one for every room already, but I will probably get a few more. I think they hold their charge quite well.The size make them easy to move from one space to another as you would use a flashlight. They are so fantastic for guest rooms I have purchased a couple to take with me when I visit friends. I leave the lamps and a charger with my friends so other guests can enjoy soft light of these lamps as well.

This cute little light was exactly what I needed for a deep under-the-stairs closet I have with no light in it. I keep the remote for this light near the door and set the light in the back. It is the ideal solution!The light has far more features like changing colors, dimming, & flickering, all controlled by the remote or the pull string. Oddly, the white light doesn't do anything but turn on and off. The light shade is sealed and molded of frosted plastic. The charging port is on the bottom of the light shade. The light is surprisingly heavy for being rather short. The base is heavy to counter balance the weight of the lamp. The light isn't terribly bright but would probably work well for dinner table lighting at night. Recommend

This is a petite lamp, but it has a lot of functionality packed in. It has a remote control for changing the light color and intensity. This means that you can walk out the door, and light the lamp with the remote control so that you’re not walking in the dark to the lamp. You can use the changing colors to make things more festive or romantic. It’s quick to charge, and changes color on the indicator from red to green when it’s fully charged so that you’re sure it’s ready to go.Have it carefully placed, because it’s so light; it’s unclear how well it will do in a strong breeze. Hoping that in this more protected area, it will be fine.It was easy to put together on arrival. Think it took less than 60 seconds and wasn’t intuitive. But it has a great instruction book with the remote.

Nothing bad to say. It’s absolutely beautiful. So many different colors. You can make it change colors or stay clear. Love the remote. Can charge and take outside at night. Very fun and sturdy!
