If you've ever served, you know there's two things you take everywhere: your rifle and your woobie! It can be a pillow, a blanket, a "poncho liner" (does anybody actually use it for that? 🤔), heck, it can probably be used as a parachute... Seriously though, that things are surprisingly warm and comfortable for their weight. Easy to pack up and take anywhere. I certainly sleep better with it, plus it camouflages me, so I'm much safer in my bed or in the woods.

It’s surprisingly of much better quality than my issued woodland camo liner from the 80’s (that’s still fine after decades of abuse) and it’s bigger 🙌🏼 I’m 6’5” and my feet have always annoyingly stuck out from the original lol. The poncho itself is better than my 80’s original (also still functional) as well and both well worth the money imo.

This is very much like the poncho liner I was issued in the 90’s, indestructible warmth or cool even in wet conditions. Don’t expect something made in America tho, if that’s what you look for in a product. I try not to buy Chinese made products, as hard as that is these days, due to the human rights abuses taking place and their status as one of our adversaries, so the marketing for this product certainly seemed a bit disingenuous. Other than that, great woobie.

Had one of these in the Army. Loved it. Didn't get to bring it home. Forgot. Forgot how wonderful it is. Bought my wife a Rumple comfort quilt for camping and got to thinking how much it resembled a Woobie. So I got a Woobie, and it all came back to me.This blanket is used to turn your poncho into a sleeping bag. When not in the field however it is used mostly a blanket. this blanket has the magical ability to always be the just the right temperature. Perfect for a light cover in summer, warm enough to keep you toasty in snowy weather (inside). I use it as my only covering at night by pulling back the covers and just laying on top of the sheets with the Woobie as cover. It packs down easily with a stuff sack. Washes easily. Is kind of soft but kind of sturdy. Great for camping, under quilt for hammock and all kind of other things.I am not kidding hen I say, if I had to start over this blanket is one of the things I would get first.

Use this with the poncho to make a compact lightweight sleeping bag. My only dislike is no head hole for a no slip over the head insulated liner for use with the poncho but you can make one if your handy with a sewing machine.

This is a Soldier's Best Friend ... literally & figuratively, one of the most-beloved, most-used, & most important pieces of kit to a soldier. Don't be fooled by the name - it's not really designed to Line a Poncho - you *can* , it's just that you can't wear it then ... THIS IS A *BLANKET* ... the World's Best Blanket ... and it's durable, will last you a lifetime under normal conditions, and one of it's best features is that due to it's material/construction - it will STILL HOLD BODY-HEAT IN EVEN WHEN SOAKING WET ... very few materials can say that! This is perfect for camping, hiking, survival & preparedness, and the really, Really, REALLY tough duty of the Couch, Recliner Chair, or Bed.Simply The Best! I bought this one as a gift for my Dad and I have given them as gifts before and everyone loves them. It might be called a Poncho Liner and nicknamed Wobbie, but if you think of it as "Blanky", you're golden!

Just because it's lightweight, doesn't mean it's not warm. I took this on a backpacking trek. in the mid-lower 50's late evening. hit the upper 40's just before daybreak. This was enough for most of the night. I had packed a 90%/10% wool blanket, and the wool blanket + the liner kept me warm and comfortable. Keep in mind that I also had a thermal pad I was laying on. Your mileage may vary, but this is still a good addition to your backpacking / camping gear set.

I forgot how awesome my old woobie (pet name we had for the poncho liner in the service), but now that I have this one again I'm reminded of why these were one of our most coveted issued items. Other than the obvious, warmth, the poncho liner is very versatile. If you're a hiker or camper you're like me and probably like to pack things that have multiple uses to conserve space in your pack and just as important, to save weight. The poncho liner in conjunction with your poncho can make the difference between a cold and wet hike and a warm, comfortable and dry hike. Though it doesn't fold down particularly small it IS smaller than another sleeping bag and when used inside a lightweight bag it has kept me toasty warm down into the low 20's at night. This poncho liner is wider and longer than most of the other liners I've seen on Amazon and when spread out it was big enough to cover both my wife and I on a queen size air mattress with a foot to spare on both sides and its length was plenty long, even for some like myself (I'm 6'3").Versatility and multi-use is the name of the game when choosing items to go in your pack, whether it's for a 3-day hike or for your bug out bag, this woobie is great. It's also a perfect item to keep in your vehicle in case you get stranded, it'll keep you warm and comfortable while you wait for the tow truck. Online you can find many other uses for the poncho and poncho liner. Combine your liner with the actual poncho and you've got an excellent makeshift waterproof sleeping bag, a tent and blanket, or a lean-to and blanket in case your out on a hike and the weather turns bad on you and you have to hunker down and wait it out. There's a reason the poncho and liner is used and taught in military outdoor survival schools. The edges are reinforced and the rip stop nylon can take a beating but it is soft enough to cuddle with on the couch, as a matter of fact my 8 year old routinely grabs mine to watch TV under when it's a little chilly and he has even figured out how to use the ties on the edges (meant for attaching it to the poncho or tying it together to use as a sleeping bag) to make a killer blanket fort, and we all know how important THOSE are!To sum it up, this woobie is top notch, top of the line design and materials, and the price is very affordable, especially considering all the uses it has. I have purchased a few more for my boys to use on Boy Scout campouts and I also got one for a buddy who is a veteran as well for his birthday. He swears it's the best birthday gift he's received since the Nintendo he got for his 10th birthday. You just can't go wrong with this one, from a guy who has used this product from combat in Afganistan to camping out with my Boy Scouts, I recommend this poncho liner to everyone. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Buen buenos materiales y de buen tamaño. El color es discreto y la textura de la tela es muy buena. Lo único que le falta es que tuviera una apertura a la mitad para poder meter la cabeza y usarlo de poncho.

Great woobie for the price, probably as close as you will get to a genuine issue woobie 👍
