Fortunately, these are being used in an industrial capacity because these were not repacked and the edges were broken up.

All tiles were broken upon delivery. We had to refuse the delivery. Unable to find out if we will get a refund or new shipment of product.

There are definitely only 8 tiles per box in the 2x4 size. No major damages, they are shipped in a box that may get banged up a bit from shipping, but we had no major problems, if any corners were affected a tad, they were not seen for the overlap of the suspended frame.

I purchased theses because they are of the same punch hole pattern of the remaining tiles that i have left up. The reviews were mixed so I thought I'd give it a chance saying well they cant all be that bad and i might be able to salvage most. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tile material has aged considerably on top of being broken. Even if the tiles were salvageable i would not bring them into my home due to the amount of chalky material they are shedding. I know these tiles are not to be manhandled and that there is some shedding but their current condition/age warrants them to be destined for the garbage. I over see construction contracts for the government. If a pallet of this material had shown up at the job site i would of declined receipt. Unfortunately I was not home to refuse this shipment when UPS left it in my drive way.

wonderful product, wonder why they ever discontinued the color without replacing it with something similar...easy to order from Amazon. Very pleased overall.
