What a great little alarm clock!!I love the two alarms! I set first to just chime, then 5 minutes later second goes off with Radio. Easy to set or adjust.Big Sound too - I just leave that second Radio alarm going and can easily hear it when I am downstairs in the kitchen getting coffee going etc. (and for sure that loud wakes me up if I snooze it)Dimmer on the back very easy to reach and adjust if needed. Much prefer the cool blue of the display versus common red with clock radios.Presets for radio.. does it even come with them ?? I'm not sure - I set it and forget it on one station. Variety of alarm chimes/sounds also nice for variety.I would definitely recommend.

This clock has many great features. I really like being able to set the brightness level and the fact that the clock is small but the numbers are large. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and in large enough print that I didn't need a magnifying glass to read them. There is battery backup in case of a power outage. You have several options for the alarm tone or you can wake to the radio. One of my favorite thing is the dial you use to set the time. Instead of pushing a button numerous times (and many more if you accidentally go past the target number) you just turn the dial either way. I would have given this five stars but for a couple of things. The button you push to turn off the alarm is right next to several other buttons of the same size and shape (would like it to be larger or in a different place). The second issue was the FM radio. If you select the auto tune the clock picks the first 30 stations that come in clearly - in my case it didn't get to my 3 favorites. I didn't want to do manual tuning because you only get to select one station. I finally ran auto tune in an area that didn't get as good reception and it picked up two of my favorites. You could probably do the same thing by bunching up the antenna as long as your favorite stations have a strong signal.

I am old enough to have used wind ups, electrics with dials, electrics with little number cards that flipped, (remember those?), LED numerals, clock radios, and just telling myself to wake up at 7. This is hands down the best alarm system ever. I say system because of the array of choices. Sleep options, sound options, snooze options, info on the clock face, plus USB ports and a headphone jack. My favorite option is the dual alarm with weekday, weekend and 7 day modes. I use weekday for the M-F grind/morning get-up. I only use weekend mode when forced to, for a special function. My special favorite is the 7 day mode, reserved for naps any day, any time of the week. I turn it on when needed. (Push one top button.) To reset the time I want to wake up literally takes seconds. My favorite sound option is the quiet little bird chirping. I am a super light sleeper, so it only wakes me. However, there are multiple options from buzzer to beeper to sound effects to the radio coming on tuned to your favorite station. Then there is the dial light with the 0-100% dimmable function. Dial up to full in the daytime for visibility, dial all the way off at night because I like it dark. If needed I can gradually turn it up just enough to check the time, or way up as a night light to stumble out for a calling kid. Set up was easy for everything, with the picture-labeled buttons on top for easy access, change time with the big top dial that moves either way (and is also the snooze button) and only the dual alarm function switch on the back. Oh, and it is always colder/hotter in our bedroom than the rest of the house, depending on the season, and with the thermometer, I can now see how much. (Yikes -10 degrees!) I mean, the only thing this clock does not do is start the Keurig. (May have to suggest that upgrade to uscce.) Great clock! Buy it!

Bit fiddly to set-up but doable. Power adaptor has a two pin US plug and no adaptor, very irritating.

When my daughter was young (6/7ish), we bought her an alarm clock from Walmart that could be set to only go off on weekdays. We were teaching her how to be self-disciplined and responsible by getting herself up to her alarm each day for school. It’s hard enough to teach that life skill to a youngster, we didn’t want to also risk her forgetting every Friday to turn her alarm off for the weekend (waking us all up way too early on Saturday!) or to turn it back on Sunday before school the next day (possibly being late for school!). The alarm-by-day-of-week feature is really a must-have.We loved that alarm clock, but after many years it started changing to different time zones for no reason and at random times, and caused her to be late on more than one occasion. So, for the 2020 school year, we got her a new one.I began searching for an inexpensive alarm clock that I could customize specific days for each alarm. Because of COVID-19, she was only going to school in-person via bus 2 days a week and needed to be up by 5:10am, the other days were virtual and she didn’t need to be up until later. Our smart phones can do this easily. It’s 2020, so I thought for sure basic alarm clocks could do this too. I had no luck!MAIN REASONS I CHOSE THIS ONE:I landed on this one for several reasons:- It had a 4+ star rating- Good value: lots of good features for a good price- I can set different alarms for weekdays vs weekends, and every day is a third option.- It can be used with batteries as a backup (we have a handful of power outages each year)- Highly adjustable: She can wake up to different kinds of sounds or the radio, she can adjust the alarm sound level, she can adjust the brightness of the display.- Daughter liked the designWOULD BE NICE IF:- I could custom program the days for each alarm.- It set the time itself so it’s always exactly on time (our last one did this when you turned it on)- It auto-adjusted for daylight savings- It had a feature that yelled at your teenager to turn their alarm back on the night before returning to school after having turned it off for a holiday.A FEW MISCELLANEOUS FINAL NOTES:- We’ve had this alarm clock for about 2 months now, and I absolutely recommend it.- The size is just right, not too small. Not big and bulky. It fits perfectly on the corner of my daughter’s vanity.- It’s really simple to use and figure out. My 13 year-old has no issues managing her alarm clock.- I read reviews that this doesn’t work to charge Android phones, but it does. My daughter uses the alarm clock to charge her Google Pixel 2 (see photo). The charging USB ports work well.- She doesn’t use the radio on this at all, so I can’t say whether this is a good radio. But, again, it’s a really great alarm clock.- I asked my daughter and spouse to tell me the bad things and the good things about the alarm clock. None of us could think of any bad things to say.
