How to adjust the input volume:
For Win 10: Right Click the speaker icon in SYSTEM TRAY>> Left Click "Sound Settings>> Choose“USB PnP Sound Device" as INPUT DEVICE > click“Device Properties" >> move the volume slider to appropriate position.(Recommend to set it in 10-50.)
For Skype: “Option">>"Audio Device">> select“USB PnP Sound Device" >> move the volume slider to appropriate position. (Recommend to set it in 10-50.)
Do similar settings on other systems & Apps.

I was hosting Zoom meetings on my Dell laptop. All of a sudden the built in mic stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. I tried using a headset but the mic was not consistently reliable. I ordered this USB mic. It arrived the morning of the day i had to host an important Tribunal. I placed it in the USB port. It was a life saver. I worked excellent even when I walked away from the laptop. I have had it for a week but I was impressed enough that I had to do this review. Will continue using and update.

The internal microphone on my laptop stopped working after just two years and after reading the reviews on here, I decided to give this a try, especially for the low price. It works! Super easy to use. My computer automatically picked it up as default. It comes with a little paper for the instructions. It comes well packaged in a little metal tin box.

My computer microphone stopped working a few months ago and I have been trying all kinds of things to fix it. I finally gave up and decided to buy this sub microphone and it works perfect. Just plugged in and my computer recognized it as a microphone right away. So easy! Best $10 ever spent. Thank you so much!

あまりにも小さいマイクなので最初は少し不安でしたが相手にもちゃんと聞こえているようです。コンパクトで邪魔にならないので良いと思います。まだ2度くらいしか使っていないので耐久性はわかりませんので星４つにしました。長く使えることを願っています。

So easy to install, was done in under 10 seconds on a windows 11 system. The mic is very sensitive. Wish it was stereo, but for the price and for how easy it was to install...it's perfect ! This was for a mini computer that came with no audio input device.

Used for Webex meetings and Teams calls.It works much better than the built-in mic on my laptop.I wanted to be able to close my laptop and use external monitors, but that covers the factory mic which is in the laptop screen surround.I plug this in to the USB port on the side of my external monitor and then I can close the laptop and work fine.It seems to have good noise cancelling properties too as no one has mentioned hearing my desk fan if it's running.The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's pretty big and sticks out like an old USB flashdrive.

Laptop built-in mic stopped working so needed one right away for zoom meetings etc.. Quick delivery and very clear sound quality. Plug and play and everything works great so far.

Occasionally, I travel with my work laptop, so I need a headset for Teams meetings and training. But when I'm home, I don't want to wear a headset all day. My laptop mic stopped working, and the thought of wearing a headset and having only the freedom allowed by the six-foot cord was dreadful. I bought this little device out of desperation and I was pleasantly surprised! It picks up my voice clearly, even when I'm pacing in the back of the room. I wouldn't be able to work without it. It is no larger than a flash drive! But like a flash drive, it wouldn't be a good idea to keep it plugged in while traveling. So, the only thing that could make this better would be a small pouch with a clip on it, or a lanyard hole. I keep mine in a flash drive case that I already had. I love this!!

Once I received the item, I was amazed that I received it quicker than expected. Plugged it into my laptop to test it, and was amazed at how good it was at reception.For the price I paid, a wonderful little device, far more convenient than a larger desktop microphone.
