This case is ideal to store compact USB flash. I also use it for display emulators, and USB-A2C and C2A adapters. The only real issue - a minor one - is the cutout for the connectors is for USB A, so other connections (C for instance) do not fit tightly. It also does not work for any of these USB dongles that are longer than about 1/2 inch, so typical compact flash memory sticks don't fit. These are known limitations described in the ad body, so nothing unexpected.But this quality case is strong, and the latch is really, really solid, so little chance of it opening in your travel backpack.

Someone on here gave this a negative review BECAUSE they didn't read the description of the product and tried to put the wrong thumb drives in this case. The case is great, the thumb drives that this case is meant to hold works perfectly, is very light weight yet very solid and snaps together very tight. I am very happy with this product, it's perfect!

These are very handy for keeping up with the small USB thumb drives. You will get stickers with number/ letter to place on your drive. It is built very well and should take some beating during use. You can store (20) Type-A drives and (5) Type-C drives. I do not use Type-C but 20 will cover my current collection and I purchased a second case to cover future expansion.
