Relatively small, inexpensive and does what it should. I would buy again. I have it set up for dual monitors from my laptop for home office and no glitching or lagging. I'm using it as a pass through with a separate 100w charger feeding into it, and it's running dual monitors, keyboard and mouse, and charging the laptop all through a single USB-C. I couldn't be more pleased. It has plenty of ports to connect other peripherals

Since it seems multiple different SKUs are listed in the reviews for this item, I'm referring to the 13-in-one triple display docking station. I chose this one because it had the most overall amount of USB ports for the most reasonable price. More than reasonable actually. It's been pretty much perfect for me! I have two USB drives, a USB editing console for Lightroom, my keyboard, DAC for my audio setup, ethernet and DisplayPort (RUNNING 165HZ FLAWLESSLY!) all hooked up to it and everything is working flawlessly. I needed to buy this in a panic since my desktop's motherboard died and it's going to be some time before I can build a new machine or repair mine. This dock made it very easy for me to transition almost my entire desktop setup over to my laptop. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable docking station that doesn't skimp on features.

This docking station is a wonderful addition to my Macbook Pro. It expands my USB port availability and enables me to have dual monitors. I use it everyday and it is sturdy and worth the money!

As an online instructor, and instructional designer, this is a wonderful tool to add 2 additional monitors to be able to see all the people in your teams and zoom meetings as well as allowing for multiple monitors to be able to see all the different documents that you may need to see simultaneously. Super convenient with all the USB A and C ports, as well as audio, network, and HDMI outs. Easy to use and easy to carry with the computer. Great product.

Product looks and works great. Very slim and easy to place anywhere. Plenty of options for ports. However, neither of the HDMI ports work on the particular station I received. I've confirmed that the cords are HDMI to HDMI on the monitors, so it is the correct cable; also plugged in wireless keyboard and mouse, which works just fine, so it isn't the station itself.

It works okay, but it tends to come out of the ports a little too easily. I really like the fact that it has so many different charging ports—that’s definitely what sold me since my laptop doesn’t have very many. My main issue is that if I have my laptop on my lap or move it around, the light on the charger will go out, meaning it’s not charging anymore. It does work, but it doesn’t seem to charge devices very quickly. For example, it took a lot longer to charge my phone compared to using a wall plug. That said, it looks nice and does what it’s intended to do, but it feels slow to charge and wiggles out from the computer connection ports too easily.

Docking stations have changed since I last had one.I like the size and portability, plenty of ports.Be aware of how many cables are needed for dual screen extensions, I found out the hard way the first one needed to have a power and HDMI cable plugged in which used up the ports on this hub.After replacing the dual screens with a better design only requiring one cable to provide power and HDMI in one cable, I have plenty of ports to use now.I did buy a cable to plug into my power strip for it as it didn’t come with one.

Edited Review: I think Amazon makes it really hard to contact your merchant to discuss troubleshooting issues. Fortunately, the merchant/seller was able to offer me a full refund or send a new one. I opted for a new one because I really did like it when I initially had it. Hopefully, it won't have the same issue again 6 months later. I will update if that's the case. The merchant also showed me some steps, but it still didn't work on the old one. However, on the newer one it did work. It was working GREAT and worked with my KVM switch so it made it easy for me to switch between my work laptop and my personal desktop. I used the docking station for my work laptop since I require more USB ports. It stopped working all of a suddenly today.I know:It's not my KVM switch because the dual monitors work fine when I switch to my personal desktop.It's not the HDMI cables because when I plug each one individually into my work laptop, they still appear as an extended monitor.It's not my work laptop because it turns on and can recognize the other USB devices in the dock station.For some reason, it's ONLY the HDMI ports. Everything else like the USBs work just fine and my work laptop can recognize those. However, the HDMI ports are broken.So beware! I tried finding tech support, but it's no longer available since I am past the return window. That's what I get for being cheap. I guess I should find the original OEM dock stations for my work laptop now.I really liked the quality of the material if it did work. It's not some flimsy plastic although it could be a mix of metal and plastic. It keeps cool.

You definitely need an adaptor like this for the new MacBooks. Works as soon as you plug it in. It is a bit clunky but there are so many ports that it is worth it. Comes with 3 USBs and an HDMI which is super convenient.

So far this product has been really good for all the uses I needed out of it.The build quality is really great, all the ports work really well and are sturdy. There is no part of the product that is creaking or a loose piece of plastic.It fits really well if there is no protective case on your Macbook, which I didn't mind removing but some people might.The best feature about this product is the Hdmi port. The resolution on that port which the monitor receives is really good in quality.This is definitely a good buy. The only thing that is left to be spoken for is the life of this product.So far it has been really good.

Purchased it for my 14 year old son's new MacBook Pro. The device is perfect for what he needs to connect a gaming keyboard and mouse. The key feature that I decided on purchasing this model over other are the Two prongs that are inserted into the computer. This allows for a firmer connection and less likely for it to be bumped and bend or worse. Some other models have just one connection to be plugged into the computer. To me that will likely break or bend when a teenager is using it. It's light and small and also has a small storage poach to keep dirt out. The pouch itself would be better it has a draw string to close it shut so it doesn't fall out. Overall, it's a nice product that does what is intended.
