I have 2013 Winnebago motorhome and it didn't have Bluetooth support but with this device it has now , and the sound quality is amazing it's working like OEM part of the vehicle.

For less than $20, I'm finally able to stream music via Bluetooth in my 2011 GMC Acadia Denali.Well worth the money and I'd definitely buy it again

Works well most of the time. Had a few occasions when it was unresponsive for a minute or two, then worked again.

I got this for my 2010 Chevy Avalanche with a stock stereo and it doesn’t allow me to use my steering wheel controls, it’s way too quiet compared to having my phone connected through the USB port and it’s sort of staticky. It’s a great concept, they just need to work out the problems with it.

I love this device for updating my car to Bluetooth. I have a usb music port in my car but wanted the freedom of not having to plug my phone in. My car’s radio would glitch out sometimes and I wouldn’t be able to play music through the usb chord but I have not had that issue since installing this device. It stays connected all the time and immediately connects to my phone. The sound quality is great. No fuzziness. It is very delayed from the buttons you are pressing on your phone but that doesn’t bother me. For the price it works great. I am glad I tried it out.

This is one of the only Bluetooth receivers that will actually transmit data through the USB. I have yet to come across one that doesn't rely solely on the Aux cord for audio playback.Bought this for a 2012 Acadia with a Bose system. Unfortunately changing the head unit for the Acadia with a Bose is nearly a thousand dollars. This was $15. The 2012 Acadia only has handsfree calling capabilities via Bluetooth. So this was such a cheap and worthwhile purchase. The bad sides to this product:The Bluetooth latency in our car is bad. Like a good 3-5 seconds. But, streaming from Spotify makes this nearly unnoticeable. However streaming from YouTube it is VERY apparent.Steering wheel controls do not work. It seems our car and this receiver do not communicate properly when trying to use them. When we first turn it on, we get one push of "back" or "next" and then nothing after that.Phone calls. For our Acadia, this is DO NOT USE situation. Out going calls have so much lag between when the person on the line speaks, and when the audio actually plays through the car. Good luck having a normal conversation with that.Incoming calls are an entirely different animal. The receiver screams the calling number through the speakers. And if you dare to answer the call.... it will continue to scream the number at you a few more times then let out a sound that I can only describe as a robot being brutally murdered. Answer calls at your own risk. These are all experiences relevant to our 2012 Acadia. Results may vary for other models and stereo systems/head units.I gave this product 1 star because that's where people go to look at real product reviews.I would say this USB receiver deserves 3 stars because it works. Just as it says it does. Sounds quality is great for Bluetooth. It's easy to connect to. It's small, and conveniently plugs into the small dash compartment in our Acadia. Is transmits data through the USB, which is exactly what I was looking for. But it does have it's fair share of downfalls. If this company were to invest into making a much more solid working product I'd pay $50-$60 for it.

This is the ONLY device I could find that would connect my 2012 Equinox to my Samsung 22 Ultra.I previously drove a brand new 2010 Ford Escape, for 7 years. My phone was able to connect to Bluetooth in the Escape, no problems. Compatible with all stereo features, hand controls, everything. I loved it. My friends with Apple, Samsung or whatever device they had, connected seamlessly. Sadly, my lil Ford Escape didn't make it in a crash, but I did.Fast forward, January 2022, I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox. My vehicle has Bluetooth, XM, OnStar and overall love this vehicle. One downside I discovered after purchase... My Samsung won't sync with Bluetooth because Chevy made it only compatible with Apple. Definitely my bad for not looking further into it. I assumed since it had Bluetooth, it would work. So after scouring Amazon, I found this little guy. My Equinox has a USB slot inside the center console, thankfully. This little guy is the ONLY device that will connect and convert Bluetooth into my stereo, so I can play music or whatever I choose, through audio in my car.BEWARE older model Equinox buyers!Check your compatibilities before purchase!I bought, tried and returned soooo many devices to Amazon. THIS WORKS.Downsides I can live with for my circumstances:-It makes a weird buzzy robotic noise sometimes when it connects-If you're streaming videos, there's an obvious delay between the picture and the audio.-There's a delay on audio when rewinding or fast forwarding-It isn't compatible with steering controls in my specific vehicle.

I bought this item about three or four months back. Worked great in both my civics, one with a aftermarket headunit and one stock. Aftermarket headunit only needed usb part and worked great. Stock civic needed AUX cord as well.I bought another fairly recently cuz I didn’t want to switch the original between cars anymore.Well the new one looks the same, but doesnt work at all. Compared it to the old one, and the led flashes red and blue on the good one when pairing, but not on the new one, it’s just always solid blue. But there is no connection to my phone... I tested the old one, works just plug and play perfectly, recognizes my phone. New one, plug it in, nope, just solid blue, not connected to my phone, not connected to anything. Not even showing up in my bt connections. I deleted the previous connection with the one i had, still not working with the new one.Got a replacement sent to me. Same issue. Looks like the “upgraded version” is no good.
