- A. Please set your TV Speaker as external speaker

Q2. Why Not Pair with my Smartphone?
- This is ONLY a Bluetooth transmitter, it can not pair with smartphone, You need a Bluetooth Receiver.
Q3. Can not pair with my Bluetooth headphone?
- Before pairing, make sure your BT headphone is under pairing states, check to turn off your phone BT function, put them together and Press the round button which is pair Button wait for them connect with each other.
Q4. Why does it not work on my TV?
- This bluetooth transmitter works with all TV which support 3.5mm audio port. It needs to plug into USB port for power supply and 3.5mm aux port on your TV. Before purchase, please check the connector.
Q5. No Blue light when plug into USB Port?
- Please try to plug it into another USB port in case defective USB port. In pairing states, the blue light will be flashing, when you plug the 3.5mm aux cable, the middle light will be on Red.

I am giving this product three stars although I never got it to work for its intended purpose. But I am guessing it is my fault as I am not very tech savvy. The quality looks fine but I don't understand how to use it and make it work. Oh well...

Unfortunately, my TV doesn’t support this feature, so any volume adjustments made with the TV remote affect all connected Bluetooth devices. However, if you have remotes or controls for the linked devices, you can adjust their volume independently.[AUDIO QUALITY]:I didn’t notice any audio lag, which is impressive given the price.When testing with two old Bluetooth soundbars, the sound quality was not notably degraded. However, when I connected my old Bluetooth earbuds, the sound was terrible. Connections and set up instructions are not adequate ……. NEVER got it to work.I did read the very minimal instructions and then I YouTube it and found a similar product with the audio cable and the USB for power, but could not get it to pair to my Bluetooth headphones, that pair with my iPad and my phone, and I made sure that pairing was disconnected while I was trying to set up pairing the Bluetooth on this device.I also believe that if you’re using that Bluetooth to your Bluetooth headphones, then the audio on the TV cannot work as it would if it worked only go to the headphones. Reason being when you put the audio cable plugged in that takes over the priority of the TV and then the TV speakers won’t work..

While this item worked for things like Bluetooth headphones and speakers, it did not work for my tv. It’s not the product, but an app would have been more helpful for connecting . My Top Vision soundbar does not have a mechanism that will make it automatically connect.

This is an easy plug and play unit that works well with our headphones. They make things simpler and without the need of recharging, we can use it whenever we want without worrying if it is charged!

Wanted to use this with my ps5 and it worked for that, but it has some quirks. First, the connection will randomly drop and reconnect for me but not very often. This hasn't been a major issue but I've noticed it more than once. Another issue I notice is it will connect when the PS5 is off. This can be a bit frustrating. As far as latency, there is a minor amount, but no more than I would expect from Bluetooth. Overall it does the job pretty well and I'll continue using it.
