I'll preface this by saying my 3yo grandson really loves it. But it's NOT in the 3-5 year range as advertised. Three year olds can play with it, but transforming it is over his head. Which is the whole point of this toy. So it gets put away unless an adult is there to help him.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old nephew as a Christmas gift. I figured it might be a tad advanced for him right now, but it was seemingly a big success. He is a huge fan of trucks, all trucks. Even though he didn't quite know what he was getting, he knew it involved trucks and yelled, "I LUB IT! It's my favorite, tank you!"

It's highly versatile, with lots of different options, even combinations not shown in the instructions. Some of the pieces snap together in ways that the children struggle, but with a little help it's all good. Sometimes it also feels like you're going to break pieces putting them together or taking them apart.

In December I bought this toy truck for a boy in the extended family, who I know loves toy cars and trucks. It arrived a few days later, much faster than I had expected in the holiday season. The item is exactly as advertised in the picture, even though I didn't open it myself. I gave it to the child as a holiday gift, which made him very happy. It's such a great feeling to see the smiling face of a child!

Got for my 4 year old brother for Christmas. Horrible quality. Missing pieces, box was ripped when I received it but since it was a present I didn’t know pieces were missing til we were putting it together. Also it says ages 3+ but on the instruction manual inside it says 3+ for PLAY 6+ for BUILD.Super deceitful & so upset I spent 20 on this cheap toy that I thought he would like. Don’t purchase.
