We purchased this gift for our son who was turning 4. He absolutely loves being able to build his own construction trucks AND drive them around with the remote (drill). We have found that it is a solid STEM toy that allows our son to create and expand his mind-using his construction trucks for not only building but playing and inventing as well.After about 6 months, our son was driving his road roller around, showing his grandparents what he had built, when the attachment broke off at the screw to the RC truck. I reached out to USA Toyz and they were immediately responsive with me, helping to get me a replacement set. I thank Arlou with customer service for being there every step of the way; ensuring our replacement was on the way, confirming it had in fact been delivered and that we were satisfied.We are extremely happy with the product and the customer service we received from USA Toyz, and we look forward to purchasing from them again soon.

My son has been playing with this for 6 months straight! I bought it for his 2nd birthday. We saw leaps and bounds of growth with his fine motor skills in using this toy. He loves that his power drill can work as a drill or turn the truck into an RC car. I only wish this company had more variety in sets to purchase for future gifts. One thing we don't like is that when the truck is in RC mode, it is deafening, making forward and backward heavy equipment-style noise. I wish we could use it without all the noise in this type of play.

First off adults must assemble unless child is older. But my grandson 3 loves to work with tools and it’s great learning tool with guidance when just letting them figure out where pieces go and how to screw them in. You can’t mess it up. Great quality material and love the concept of building the truck with bolt/screws. There is logical thinking because the directions are non existent and it can be initially challenging because you’re looking at the box and the pieces in front of you. Though it all comes together with trial and error. And when he’s playing with it everything stays in place and very user friendly.

Alright, we were cautiously optimistic based on some of the critical reviews... but this is a great toy. Easy for my 5 yr old to build, dismantle, and rebuild. The RC controls are pretty good and it moves quick. Definitely a great pick-up.The instructions are a bit lacking on charging - but there's a red LED that lights while the battery is charging and turns off when the battery is full.

This is the perfect toy for the specified age range of three to six years old--not too many parts, large pieces easy for little fingers to put together. And oh so much fun! Once we took the pieces out of the box and assembled the bulldozer in a few minutes, my three year old spent an hour driving the thing all around the dining room floor while the one year old looked on with glee. We noticed that it drives in a straight line on carpeted area, whereas on a hardwood floor it turns off course more since its tires spin unevenly. The only minor complaint I have is that the screws are not long enough to actually secure the seat portion--it just rests there. It's always coming loose from a little jostling or falling off. We will have to resort to superglue, I fear. So overall, awesome concept for a toy, great and simple design appropriate for young children, just a bit annoying that one part doesn't stay on with the screw.

Very good quality for the price. Just the gift for a child that is curious about how things go together. I forgot that it actually runs by remote control. Grandson is 3 1/2 but has great mechanical interest for his age. If it lasts for a few months it will be worth the price.One negative- the battery to run the truck is rechargeable but only has a run time of an hour or two. The cover for the battery compartment is held by a small screw. I am seeing this screw getting lost or stripping. Should have been a snap on/off cover.

I bought this as a christmas present for my 4 year old and it was a HUGE hit! Sadly in all the christmas excitement he lost the drill bit and therefore couldn't really play with the toy. The half ripped open box sat sadly at our kitchen table for several weeks when finally my son couldn't take it any more and started using his fingernail as the drill bit, and in that process broke the bottom of the blue car in half. I decided to email the company to see if they sold replacement parts and despite their website stating that it could take days for them to reply, they got back to me within a couple of hours. I explained the situation to USA Toyz and they decided to send me a whole new box which arrived a couple of days later. My son was ecstatic!! He couldn't open the box fast enough! This was last week when we received the replacement and every waking second he plays with these cars that he can build "all by himself!" I couldn't be happier with the toy itself, how well it is made, how easy it is for my son to use without my help (for the most part), and lastly how wonderful the company handled our situation. Great, great, great toy and such a wonderful company! Thank you USA Toyz.
