Our Cookies Sheets (also known as a Flat Sheet Pan) have a helper handle that provides an easy grip when taking baked goods in or out of the oven. The tapered edge (the flat bit!) allows baked goods to slide from the pan to cooling rack with ease making for easy transfer of cookies, quiches, tarts, galettes or any more fragile baked good that is easier to slide off than lift over a rim. The fluted bottom or corrugation allows air circulation for even baking and easy release. Our cookie pans feature our proprietary (and beloved) silicone based nonstick coating that promotes super easy release and even easier clean up. The commercial quality aluminized steel offers a mix of steel for strength and durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Our pans are oven safe to 450°F. Our pans are proudly made in the USA from globally sourced materials. USA Pan bakeware is wonderful! I have been using their bread pans for years and they are the ONLY bread pans I will use for my sourdough whole wheat bread. I love the even bake they help deliver for my loafs. These cookie sheets are just as high quality. The only downside is how heavy they are... but I don't count that against them in my rating... they are perfect!

These are amazing. Best non stick pans I have ever used. I used in high heat to par bake pizza crust and they did warp while baking, but returned to normal after cooling. They fit alot of cookies on them too. I made gluten free sugar cookies and they came out perfect!

I finally made some cookies. I needed a quality non-stick pan. These were worth every penny. I expect these will be the last cookie sheets I ever need. The cookies were evenly baked, and slid right off the pan. Perfect cookie sheets!

I used this at a temp of 400 degrees. It warped while at its hottest. But, it was only temporary. As it cooled the sheet went back to its normal flat state. I appreciate the easy clean up and durability of this line of products. I have the two sheets and the square cake/brownie pan, and they are well worth the investment as it takes a simple wipe with a damp cloth to clean — especially when first lining with parchment paper.

Excellent item! Fits perfectly inside the oven without additional grids. So now I can bake cookies on 3 levels! I'm so bummed that it's out of stock now. I hope to get more!

Bought these for my wife who loves to bake cookies at Christmas time. She absolutely loves the pans. Her comments- they don’t warp, cookies cook evenly, nothing sticks to pans. Also easy to clean. And I get lots of cookies!

I used these for the first time during Christmas baking week. Every time a take a batch out I say “Best cookie sheets ever.” No parchment paper needed. Nothing sticks, nothing warps, and easy to clean, just a damp towel. If you like to bake, buy these sheets, you will not be disappointed. Best cookie sheets ever.

These baking sheets are everything you could ask for--sturdy, easy to clean and good value. They will last for many years. They have a natural finish which makes them non-stick. I love using them and you will too!!

It is very much none stick, just a wipe with a cloth and it's clean and whilst it states warp resistant, it's not warp proof! Mine warped when used!

Bellissima teglia, acquistata perchè ho già altre teglie rotonde della stessa qualità, acquistate su Amazon.com.L'unico problema è la misura, grande (di qualche cm) per il forno tradizionale, standard, per tale motivo ho dovuto, con dispiacere, effettuare il reso.
