This bag looks good, and fits a small tripod without the head with ease. the extension piece is contained using a zipper you can unzip to make the bag longer.I don’t need a longer bag so I left the zip closed, and noticed that, after inserting the tripod and leaving it on the table for a few days, the zipper was splitting apart. If you’re looking for a sturdy tripod bag, this is not it.

I have a Benro TAD28A Series 2 Adventure Aluminum Tripod with a Manfrotto XPRO 3-Way, Geared Pan-and-Tilt Head with 200PL-14 Quick Release Plate. Finding a tripod bag that fits the Manfrotto head was not easy because it looks like something out of a Star Wars movie with its crazy shape. THIS BAG IS PERFECT. It tapers from short to fat perfectly so I don't have a too-big bag, but it still holds the weird head shape without a problem. The tripod also fits without having to use the extension cargo area, but it's nice to know it's there if I ever get a longer tripod. I like the extra side pocket (very useful) and the material is thick and protective, but doesn't weigh too much. The hand straps are comfortable and the shoulder strap is the perfect length. Basically I think this is a 5-star product for my strange needs and I'm very happy I found it!!

Nice case! Well made, lite weight, nicely padded and I love having the (2) handles and strap options for carrying! Also like the extra pocket on the side (not big) but has two mesh pockets in it and is great for carrying a few odds and ends.

I needed a padded tripod bag to replace the flimsy one that came with my Vanguard tripod (which was not cheap, so the included bag was definitely a disappointment). I was skeptical of this bag because of the low price, but I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. I needed a bag that was wide enough at the top to accommodate the pistol-grip head of my tripod, and this allows plenty of room. I was also worried that the adjustable length extension would look tacky, because in the photos it looks to be a lighter gray than the rest of the bag. It's not. It's the same color black and looks fine. Take note, though, that it does not have padding like the rest of the bag.

I bought this to carry a Manfrotto 190 series bag, which it does with room to spare. The end of the bag extends in case you need to carry a longer tripod. There's enough room in here for me to slip in a monopod as well. The small side compartment carries the usual tools and accessories you need with a tripod. The nylon material is sturdy, and the main zipper is heavy-weight and works smoothly. Not as inexpensive as some other bags advertised here but (as always) you pay for what you get. Recommended.

I bought this to use with a monster sized, Manfrotto MT055CXPRO4 055 Carbon Fiber 4-section leg, tripod. In addition to the tripod, I bought a Manfrotto 3-way head along with a gimbal head (of a different manufacture). Although it's tight with the bag not extended (that's right, it's zipped into the short position) I can stuff the tripod, the 3-way head (not mounted), and the gimbal head (taken apart) inside the bag. The side pocket easily holds the small tools and spare smaller parts & pieces that came with the two heads. The quality of this bag looks real good and like it should hold up for a long time, but I've only had it a short time & have only taken it out once. So far I am very happy at how my gear fits and with the quality. If it lasts as long as it looks good & appears to be quality built, it should be a great addition to my gear.

I purchased this case to house my Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 since one was not included with the tripod.PROS+Case is plenty big for this tripod+Zippers work well+Both ends of the case are sufficiently padded+Zippered compartment for allen wrench or other misc items+Shoulder strap included+Material should be durable enough for the average user+You don't have to unzip the entire case to gain access+Price is rightCONS-It's a universal case and not specifically fitted to the MT055XPRO3 or any other tripod which means there may be excess space here or there-Padding could be a little thicker

i received the case super fast .. it was as described and fit perfectly for my 24" folded up, 30 yr old tripod .. its padded on both ends and protects the head nicely .. it really is "Quick-Access" .. i can pop out the tripod quickly and set up fast for those "NOW" shots that need the tripod .. i sprayed mine with "Scotch-Guard" to help waterproof it for those rainy days .. no complaints .. seems to be made well from nylon .. i like the carry strap for hauling it around .. if you have a heavy tripod that pokes you in the back, there is enough room in the case to line it with some foam .. i don't need it but some folks might .. the price is right and so is the shipper ..
