I was doing a cooling system refresh on my E46, and the radiator drain plug was a little goobered up. Being plastic, I didn't want to reuse it and risk the phillips slots getting any more chewed up than they were, so for a few bucks I ordered this replacement. It fit perfectly, sealed up tight, and so far it's been great. I know everyone says to stick with OEM parts on these BMWs but I feel like a drain plug is a safe place to get a cheap replacement, especially when you need it in a hurry to finish up your project!

Broke the original reinstalling it after a drain and fill. This fit perfect. Will order another as a spare for the future.

Used this product for my missing radiator plug, after jacking the car, removing the covers, come to find out. This part didn't even come close to fitting.
