Used this to replace leaking rubber cap on 1990 VW Jetta. This one should last a long time.

I’m using two of these to block off the output on the water pump that feeds the heater core under the pressure that’s produced by the water pump and the heat I can say it’s holding up great no leaks and no issues no cracking from drying out so I can say if you using these to cap off I can definitely recommend this item
