We had to remove these immediately as it all but flushed down the urinal on the initial placement. These might be ideal for a children's, low traffic urinal but not for an adult well used one. We switched to the hard plastic ones for stability.

I ordered these urinal pads to have scent options when replacing once per month. I didn't pay attention to the size when I ordered and quickly realized that they were smaller than what I normally order. The scent that they give off is excellent early in the month but wear down as time passes....just as most other urinal pads do. They prevent splash and do exactly what they are designed to do. Just a little too small for my urinal.

For the price, these are ok. Scent lasts about 2 days after placement. Prevent splashing.
