Seat does makes some noise but I am also 230 pounds so 🤷 I say I lighter weight person would be ideal for this seat so noise is at a minimum

Overall, not bad but not great. There needs to be more adjustment to the seat height. I like for the seat on a stand to sit almost even with sides of the stand that way once I sit there is enough play that the seat sinks down about 1" to 2" below the sides of the stand which eliminates any potential contact I make with the sides of the stand when standing up.
