These steak knives are larger than the set we had before. That makes them a tight fit in the drawer knife holder that we use to save counter space. Function-wise, they do the job well.The feature of being able to go through the dishwasher was important to me. The little silver end-caps on the handles tend to show everything, though - like the waterspots from said dishwasher.I'm still getting used to the black blade color. That's a new concept for me, visually. The quality seems good for the price point. The style profile is sleek.
