[Upgraded] USB Computer Speakers for Desktop PC Laptop | Small Plug-N-PlayIs anyone else tired of bluetooth items trying to connect themselves to every other device in the house EXCEPT the one you're actively trying to connect it to? I am. I still have a bluetooth speaker I use to get fuller sound quality for watching shows and movies, but this little guy is perfect for web meetings and basic audio needs. It's clear and loud - way better than my laptop's internal speaker.Fast delivery. No issues connecting it; truly plug-n-play. I'm glad I bought it.

Just bought on a whim to increase laptop sound while watching movies on TV screen....did not expect much. This little gem is great; sound is perfect and it is very small and not in the way at all. It is saving me a ton on cable service, which I just cancelled and am saving about $150 a month. You will love it!

Works well for my needs. I'm able to adjust the volume from the computer. It's not a high fidelity sound but perfectly acceptable for boosting the volume of my inferior internal laptop speakers. Top volume won't rattle the windows but loud enough for me.

This is not an audiophile grade piece of equipment, but for what it is, it does an incredible job. I have good headphones (AKG K702s) hooked up to a good amp (Fiio KA13) and for some content I prefer to use this speaker. It's just "low grade" enough to hide imperfections that more accurate speakers would pick up but just good enough to still sound okay. For $6, you will be hard pressed to find an issue.

About the size of softball (just to give a reference)Easy plug & play. Volume control from keyboard. No buttons on speaker. As you can see from the pic it’s one of those small desktop office computers. So this works perfectly. It also works well because I work outside (covered at airport) so when I need to watch training videos I can do it from this station & still oversee my area.

This speaker is attached to my PC and plays very well. It is quite powerful. No installation other than plugging it into a port. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

My expectations were not high given the modest cost but I required a sound level boost to my lap to computer due to some hearing loss. The unit was easy to use, controlled through the laptop volume controls and sound level setup on the laptop. While the sound boost is not massive it meets my needs and thus far I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I can confirm that this speaker works fine on my vintage Apple G4 Cube computer I purchased recently, that didn’t come with the factory speakers. The Cube was released in 2000, so it’s almost 25 years old. It is one of the few Apple computers that doesn’t have an internal speaker. The original round translucent Pro speakers with the required special external amplifier that came with the Cube are virtually impossible to find in good condition now. So I tried using this little USB speaker because it says that it works with MacOS. The Cube has two USB ports, so I connected an old Apple keyboard that has USB ports on its top corners to one of the Cube’s USB ports, then connected an Apple mouse to one of the keyboard’s USB ports, then connected this speaker directly to the remaining USB port on the Cube. I can confirm that this speaker worked properly using MacOS 10.4.11 Tiger on the Cube. The sound quality of course isn’t as robust as the Apple Pro speakers, but it’s good enough to allow me to enjoy using the Cube for retro computing. The build quality, cord length, etc., is very good, especially considering the low price of this speaker. I imagine that it will sound fine on modern devices if you’re looking for an inexpensive little speaker.I would like to suggest to the builders of this speaker to consider selling a connected pair, for stereo sound.—JM 11/9/2024

Performs way better than I tough. This is used for a secondary PC that is not playing any music or movie but this speaker would be good enough for someone in a dorm who want to watch youtube and low volume music.
