Due to the multiple stages of transportation, some products may sustain impact damage. WaveTree has built in 8 corner guards to maximize protection during transportation.

Outstanding product.Not quite as solid as the CD cases that we would get back in the late 80's .... those were amazingly stout. HOWEVER...These cases are the closest thing to those rugged cases of yesteryear that I've seen in the last 25 years and quite frankly I'm ecstatic I stumbled upon them just recently yet so regretful I didn't find out about this manufacturer years ago but I can say it wasn't for lack of searching and on a regular basis I must say ie bi-annually for the last 15 years or more and always getting flimsy jewel cases from nearly a dozen different manufacturers over the years .... honestly they were all bitter disappointments regardless of the manufacturer.There was a time when for whatever reason, approx 55% to 60% of all the CD's I bought from Amazon (that shipped from Amazon) had cracked jewel cases. This period of time was from around 2018 to 2022 and in that time I may have purchased a thousand CD's, about half of which shipped from Amazon, the rest were purchased and shipped 3rd party because I soon realized that CD's shipped 3rd party very rarely arrived with cracked cases, perhaps only 1% or 2% arrived damaged when shipped from 3rd party.In fairness to my beloved Amazon, however, I must say that over the last couple years even CD's shipped from Amazon rarely arrive damaged now so I'm very happy to report that because that means free shipping (prime members) and easier communication and or returns in the rare event when there's some issue with the order.But I said all that to say that I've needed and bought about 300 replacement jewel cases over the last 10 years and oh how I wish any of them/ALL of them were as good, solid and well built as these replacement cases. They are now 100% my new go-to replacement jewel case; if you're reading these reviews to help inform your decision whether to buy or not buy I'm here to say you can buy these replacement jewel cases with confidence. Your search is over! Hallelujah :)))

Bought a total of 150 cases, broke 4 easily at the "ears" but I think that's pretty good out of all. My CDs were in a smoking environment for 15 years and these cases made them look brand new displayed for access on my bookshelf. I removed the black CD carriage to replace song lists which takes a little finessing and pressure but they didn't crack from handling them. I need 200 more so I'll be getting more from buyer, shipping is good

Ordered a 25 pack and it came with two broken trays and one cracked back, but I was able to rearrange the good pieces to get 23 total jewel cases. Of those 23, 21 were perfect and 2 had some light scuffs on them. Not bad. They did have a strong plastic smell at first. It’s getting better.

Outer and inner shipping box were undamaged. Of the 25 CD cases 12 were broken. This was the first time I returned a purchase.
