I had to sand down the plastic on the screen door near the door handle so the new inside door handle would move freely otherwise it stayed in the open position. Installation was a breeze and except for the tight fitting of the lock making it necessary to slam the door a bit harder, the lock works great. I figure the door will open and close better over time as the new parts wear in.

This is so amazing now my wife can not lose her keys (4th time) and can’t lock her keys in the camper (6th time). Was easy to install and easy to set up. App was easy to navigate

Ok, my headline is a little tongue-in-cheek, but in all honesty, this is quite a secure lock, that offers a LOT of ways to get in. There's the obvious (keys), but also an app for your phone, a combination / keycode, a fingerprint reader, and, as an added bonus, you can use the app to send combinations (temp) to other folks for entry. If you lose your keys, your phone, and your fingers, I'm afraid you're just not getting in, as there is no voice command and no retina scan. Everything but.The quality was also surprising. When they say, "all metal", they mean all metal. I wouldn't go as far as to call it "Fort Knox" secure, but in RV terms, this is about as good as it gets, without having a private security company "bullet-proof" your RV. And everything just works great, even the finger print reader was fast and accurate. And security was obviously a big concern, because it requires a 6 digit code for the passcode entry. This might be a lot to remember, but it GREATLY decreases the possibility someone is going to guess your code by a lucky shot in the dark. A 4 digit code has odds of roughly 1 in 10,000 to guess, where as 6 digits would be 1 in 1,000,000. More annoying? Yes. More secure, though? Absolutely.My one and only complaint about this is that it uses the "Tuya" app. The "Tuya" app is a "does everything" app that Tuya will code to work with whatever device somebody asks them to. It's not a "dedicated app", it's a GLOBAL app, that a huge number of products, from baby monitors to weather stations to security cameras use. Companies use it to save on the development costs of creating their own app. There are 2 problems with this - 1, it creates a "3rd person" when it comes time to fix problems or troubleshoot the app. This turns into a scenario where nothing ever gets fixed and problems never get resolved, because everything involves talking to one group of people who have to talk to another group of people who have to talk to ANOTHER group of people, rather than just coding their own app in-house, where they can just say "I'll get Bob to fix it." And 2, it creates a huge, potential security hole when you use a "shared app" with every yahoo on the planet.Kedite - get RID of the "Tuya app", and pay the proper money necessary to code a dedicated app. It costs money to code an app, I get it. But this is a security product. A security product that could protect lives, if not property. I'd MUCH rather have a nice, small, "needs no unnecessary permissions" (my door lock doesn't need access to my contact list, no matter how much you think it does) simple app, nice and secure, coded in-house. Or at least custom-coded.In all, it's a very high quality lock, and it's FILLED with features, but ditch the "global app" and code a proper dedicated app. -1 star for "Tuya" use. 4 stars, and a recommended buy.

I bought this for my horse trailer so I could give access when I’m not there and don’t have to remember keys. I have similar products for my house that are not near as fast unlocking or as accurate reading fingerprints. It’s unlocked almost instantly when you put your finger on it. It also allows multiple codes and temporary codes and you can unlock it with an app when close on Bluetooth. I really like that it locks both the deadbolt and handle latch when it’s locked. They give several keys, I think there were 6(?). It seems solid, looks nice and is easy to install. It comes with a rubber gasket so you don’t have to recaulk it. A few things I don’t like are the inside handle is much smaller to grab on to than the original because of the batteries. I’m sure I’ll get used to it but that’s the first impression. The second is it does not have an autolock feature which would make the functionality of this nearly perfect. Third is minor but it requires a 6 digit passcode with no 0s which makes it a little harder to remember. Overall it’s a great lock and I did talk to customer service about some of the features and they were responsive and knowledgeable.
