What a piece of garbage. Nearly impossible to put on and adjust and not strong enough to stretch the plantar. Price sho7ld have been a give-aeay. Don't waste your time with this.

Probably going to return this. It is moderately effective, but the metal bar presses into the top of the foot creating new pain on the top of the foot.It is effective at slightly limiting the range of motion, which did help a bit. But, ineffective at reducing to the range to where I need it to be.Poorly designed and overly complicated.

I’ve been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis and this is the first brace I’ve found that is not only comfortable but effectively keeps my foot flexed while I’m sleeping. I just ordered a second brace!

This night splint didn't work at all for me. The part that goes around your foot kept shifting to the middle / arch of my foot. In order for the splint to be effective it needs to keep the toes flexed, which it didn't do. Next time I would try the sock type splint.

There is no way to adjust the strap, the strap is too big, it is easy to fall off when sleeping. Send back
