I really really love this. I leave it plugged up all the time. Has different sprays. But I did have to tie it off to the center of my pool because it kept floating to the edge. But I'm VERY happy with it. And love the watching the different colors. And the sound of the water is so relaxing.

The fountain worked fine last year. I took it out to install it this year and it quit working. I cleaned it and replaced the filter, still didn’t work. Emailed the company and they suggested to do what I had already done. They then wanted me to take a VIDEO of ME with the non working fountain before they proceeded. Um…NO! I told them they didn’t need a video of me and that was the last I heard from them! This is within the one year warranty!

This product is just awesome for my small 24 foot pool. The fountain is high and colorful light shoes bring beauty to the pool at night. The first one I ordered developed a glitch and kept shutting off. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new device and let me keep the old one stating a tech would call me to try and walk me through a solution for the first fountain. I was extremely pleased with this situation and look forward to continued relationship with this seller!

I ignored the reviews and went ahead and bought this fountain because I thought it was so pretty. Indeed, it is quite pretty. Is it pretty enough to warrant the never ending upkeep to keep it going? Not for me it isn't. Everything you read in that respect is absolutely spot on. I suppose if you're floating it in a very clean pool it might be all right. However, if you put it in a pondwith any debris in it whatsoever, it doesn't work for very long at all. They have to know this and yet they make it so difficult to take apart and clean. In addition to that, you do have to tether it to something or it will eventually go to the outside of your water feature and drain your water feature. So, before you can even constantly clean the filter you have to untether it first and then re-tether it when you are done, if you still have the will to live!

Don’t get me wrong. the lights work and it looks good BUT the two tier fountain part does not stay in what so ever. as soon as it hit the water, it pops out and your left wiht a small fountain. I was very excited to get this and i’m very disappointed in the fact that part b cannot stick into part a. It just pops straight out.

I am so pleased with this new fountain! In my opinion, nothing can beat water features in your landscape, and this one really delivers.I have several solar fountains around the property, and they give me so much pleasure, but they are all 3 and 3.5W. I also hooked three of them together to float in the pool. They looked great, but the only problem was that they were dependent on the sun to work properly.I discovered this new electrical fountain on Amazon, and for this price, decided to give this corded fountain a try.I couldn't be more happy with it. Although we don't open our pool until June, I couldn't wait to check it out. I set it up in a fire pit, and couldn't be happier with it! The spray is at least 3-4 feet tall, and the lights make it very dramatic at night.My favorite aspect, though, is the sounds of the sprinkling water in the stillness of the night, so soothing and calming.I'm enjoying it now but can't wait to get it to the pool!
