This product works fantastic for honey. It gets really hot quickly. Heat transfer seems to be consistent.

Does not fit my blue 55 gallon plastic drums. Either the heater or the springs are about six inches too short. Returning.

Have been using it for warming honey in 5 gal buckets. Seems to do a good job at keeping the low heat I prefer. One small inconvenience is the band is a little long on the bottom of the bucket so the spring just hangs down
