I have not used it because it was too big. For my fish tank it’s oversized build quality. It’s good. I’m sure appearance on a larger tank will be best.

I like to use pothos in my tanks for aesthetics and help syphoning some nitrates. Whether it helps or not is to be debated, but I do like the look, and these plant holders make it a lot easier to securely attach the pothos at the top of the tanks.Suction cups work fine, and the hanger works if you have a rimless tank. (obviously that does mean it will be lower if you are using suction cups but keep that in mind).

Seem very sturdy and well made. I like that it comes with two different options- suction cups for submerging the boxes as well and two different size sets of the hooks for hanging on the rim of the tank. Plants seem to fit in nicely and still have plenty of room to grow!

I have bought a few things over the years to try and attach pothos and lucky bamboo to my aquariums. I have got zipties with suction cups and stuff from etsy. But most of them fail over time, or doesn't fit more than 1 pothos stem and root. I was scrolling and saw this item and at a decent price. So why not try it and wow, this is what I needed all the long. It is sturdy and large enough to fit multiple plants and come with different attachments for different size rims or rimless tanks and suction cups. But I don't think it will fit larger rim tanks with the clips. Highly recommend if you want to grow semiaquatic plants in your fish tank.

It wasn't perfect for what I needed it for but I still use them to start plants in water and other soaking needs.

I use this in my fish tank to root new plants. It is excellent and sticks well to the side of the tank.

Absolutely love these things. Affordable and look really chill once you get them placed. Very simple and well made, nothing to damage. Hardly even notice the actual pots themselves once they’re planted. They come with a few interchangeable parts allowing you to mount them whichever way you find best. Would highly recommend these if you’re looking for a simple way to add some plants to your set up.

Half expecting a temu-type product being much smaller than shown, but this plant container is a good size for adaptable plants to get their roots submerged while staying above the water surface, and two sizes hooks or suction cups per container. Or for a submerged plant if you want it contained. Happy with purchase, great value.

The baskets are exactly as pictured and described. The plastic is slightly more opaque than translucent but still lets light through. It is nice and thick, only flexes a small amount when squeezed. Should hold up to most fish attacks. I don't keep extremely large or destructive fish but I'd give it good odds against a comet goldfish, for example. For mounting, it comes with suction cups and L clips. I did not test the suction cups but they are small (under an inch diameter) and completely clear. For clips, you get three sizes that each allow for a wider tank rim. They slide into an integrated track on the back of the planter and are easy to swap out. I used the smallest ones for a 5mm rimless tank and there was plenty of room to spare. I suspect the larger clips could work on many rimmed tanks (aqueon, tetra, typical open tanks from a pet store). The back of the planter has tabs to keep it straight against the tank wall. The bottom of the planter is solid and the circulation openings start about half an inch up so substrate can be added if desired. The openings are very narrow, and should keep out anything besides newly hatched fry and probably most shrimp. My tiny (less than 1.25 inch) female betta can easily fit between the back of a suction cup sponge filter and the tank wall, but she hasn't made it through these openings and inside the box (yet). It will take some time before I can report on whether it allows enough water flow around the roots for healthy growth so I can't comment on that. The plastic is a lightly textured matte finish and I'm interested to see how well algae does or doesn't grow on it, but again it's going to be awhile before I can say.In summary, I'm pleased with these little planters. Only months of use will tell me anything else, but from what I've seen from unboxing to setup, these seem to be good quality and good value.

Good thing for the aquarium plant holder and doesn't require more space. I'm using it for 5 gallon tank from last few months and its going good. Made up of good quality material.
