Got it yesterday, there are some minor concerns. Fully charged both at the same time overnight, about 12 hours. One green LED remain on, the other no light. My understanding is green fully charged, no light discharging. Why the difference, why discharging while still plugged in USB power? Original battery both LED (green and amber) are bright, new replacement batteries dim. Hopefully should not be an issue. Installation security screw to the bottom of the battery, one would not go in, no issue with the other one. Had to work the screw in and out with silicone lube before fully bottom out. After fully charged on the new batteries, disconnect power then immediately reconnect. Why does it show charging for over an hour? Should it be like a few minutes if at all when it was fully charged? Under $30 for both high capacity batteries, not a deal breaker. I have 30 day warranty, haha.

All my OEM Ring batteries die after 1 yr. outdoor while these aftermarket cheap batteries keep chugging along. We live in the SE so extreme cold is a rare thing. Never getting a Ring battery again and sticking with these 3rd party ones even if tariffs make them cost more.

Put these into my Gen 3 stick up cam w solar from Ring. My previous Ring batteries were not lasting past 3-4 days without good sunshine due to snow. So far, these batteries are lasting. The original batteries were 6000 while these are 7000maH so I think it makes a difference. Defi cheaper than replacing with original batts. Happy so far.

I had another off brand that was just a touch smaller than Ring brand that they would fall out. These are an exact match to the size of the Ring brand. The higher capacity is a huge plus so I don’t have to get the ladder out as often to replace the set in the Spotlight Cam Pro. I also use them in the video doorbell 2, and the battery doorbell pro.

The Ring devices do not ways recognize this battery as being charged or reflect a charge mount. Sometimes it just says “Battery” with no charge level or it thinks it is exhausted when it is fully charged. They do last much longer than the OEM batteries, about 1.5-1.7x as long. The only real annoyance is the very slow charge rate. The OEM batteries charge at 5W (1A, 5V). These charge at just under 1W (4.95V, .890A), so it takes as long as 7.5 hours to charge. They work fairly well when paired with a solar device for charging. The form factor is just a little off, making them a tight fit when inserting, esp. on first use. But they do fit.

***UPDATE*** (01/31/25) these batteries are no longer registering with the rings spot light cameras. They go in and out of connection. I have pulled them out, cleaned the contacts and they come and go. One day they register and show the battery remaining and then they stop showing up and causing my cameras to constantly send notifications stating no batteries and draining what little life is left and wont recharge from the solar panel. I purchased the extra batteries to make sure my cameras stay charged for my property which is located 4 hrs away. Now I have to replace all of them. I would not recommend them.Receives the batteries for my solar powered spot cams. I wanted to add an extra battery to all my cams. Charged them up and installed them. So far they seem ok, time will tell if they hold up. I do see in the Ring app that sometimes the batteries don't show they are installed but can check again later and they are showing there...not sure what is going on with that. The ring batteries always show up, it's these batteries that seem to be the issue. Will have to monitor them and see what happens. Have been using them for several months and every now and then they have a little glitch. The battery life won't show up in the ring app, and don't show at all in my Ring Peep hole camera, but still working
