I got this to replace the secondary air injection pump on my car when it began making the sound of the Yeti after 310,000 miles. Installation wasn’t hard, nor time consuming, but make certain you have the correct tools to remove the OEM bolts. I reused my OEM hardware (which was still like-new) and perfectly fit in new air pump. The new pump is silent, works perfectly, and hopefully will allow for many years of reliable service. After more than 5 months of use, it’s still going strong.

This pump went into my 2009 MB CLK550 to replace the original part. It originally allowed the check engine light to go off. That changed after about a week of driving. Part failed, check engine light is back on, and needs to be replaced again.
