I'm not going to lie, when I ordered this my expectations were on the ground, the bar couldn't go any lower. However I was very much pleasantly surprised once I got it out the box and was ready to give it a try! Easy to setup, stayed filled with no leaks once I got it filled up, and it fit my whole body which was great as I am 6 foot 300Lbs. If you've never had a ice bath plunge before, just know there is nothing in the world like it and nothing will prepare you for it so you just have to do it. Don't go in thinking a cold shower made you ready and do your research so you don't harm yourself.

Size, Depth, and ShapeThe first thing I noticed was the size. This tub is truly massive, and I can comfortably fit in it with plenty of room to spare. The depth is also perfect for immersing my entire body in cold water. The shape of the tub is also very comfortable and supportive.Other FeaturesI also love the fact that the tub comes with a cover. This helps to keep the water clean and prevents debris from falling in. The tub is also very easy to set up and take down.

This is a nice large tub for ice bath. It fits perfectly in our spare room shower and the larger size makes it much easier to stretch out during my plunge. Great value

Reviewing Upgrade XL 140 Gal Ice Bath Tub, This is great to use after working out or running a long race. I don’t like round ice baths. They are more difficult to get in and out of and they aren’t comfortable to sit in. This oval shaped ice bath is perfect for comfort and ease of getting in and out of.It was easy to set up and inflate. You can leave water in it and it will remain cold for most of a day, as long as you put the included cover on it. It’s sturdy if you use it properly, but it’s definitely not a kids toy or a pet bath. The sides are thick, and I don’t fear they will rip or leak. The price is right also. It’s upped my work out game tremendously.

This tub for cold plunges is a definite upgrade. Very sturdy and very large. I made sure to have a very tall friend test it, too, who loved that it fits his entire body comfortably. I appreciated the accompanying video on the website showing how to assemble it easily. Very impressed with this tub. Much better size and quality than the one our family already had.

Ideal gift for a college student who enjoys using this after workouts, saunas, or in their daily routine. Standing at 6'5", he has no trouble "diving" in and embracing the cold. It was simple to set up and has a visually appealing design as well.

This was an unexpected blessing. This has been super helpful for someone struggling with a bad back. The product itself was straightforward to assemble and portable. It was shaky when getting in and out of it, but I still believe it’s worth it. The product seems to be of good quality. It doesn’t feel like it would damage or leak easily. They provided an air pump to help blow up the top of the ice bath. It didn’t take very long to blow it up, either. They also offer a portable bag for travel and a cover. It is big enough for two or a very tall person. The only negative thing I have to say about this is it looks slightly flimsier than what the picture would show. Aside from that, I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m 5’4 and am able to completely extend my legs in this tub. Was super easy to set up. One of the side supports keeps popping out of its cap but hasn’t impacted the functionality (thus only four stars). Not sure how it will stand up when temperatures drop below freezing. Hoping to keep it set up. Great price considering the pain relief I get from daily cold therapy. I’ve spent the same amount on one massage session.

I tested 2 similar tub recently. One which is round only and this one. This unit is much cheaper in quality. The cover have zero insulation at all, the top inflated portion is cheap plastic like similar to inflatable pool toys. The sides does look to be better quality, but still in the cheap side. It does service the purpose, but I wonder how long it would last. One thing which is not shown in the picture, is the side bubble like crazy and feel like it will burst ! For me it didn't, but I was super careful getting in and out ! This seem to be a big weak point ! I'm 6'5", and it not going to be as comfortable as it show in the picture, but you will get yourself easily fully submerge.Assembly took a bit more work than I expected... I mean it easy, yet it surprising that it held together ! Until there is pressure and the top portion goes over the pipe, it keep getting disconnected. But after leaving it filled for a few days, it does held up.I would consider this a consumable.. I won't expect it will last a long time, but long enough to know if I want to do take more bath, or it was just a really bad idea... I leave that decision to you !
