The worlds best hair remover 10/10

I'm torn on this one. This is definitely not a brush of any sort. It doesn't look designed to be used on the animal at all, although it obviously doesn't hut anything to do so. There are no prongs or fingers or anything to actually grab the hair and pull it out. It is fairly useless, therefore, for actually grooming a pet. That said, the cat loves it. Absolutely adores it. She purred and came back for more, which is odd because she doesn't actually like me all that much. She is very much my husband's cat who does a pretty good job of tolerating me.I once had a reusable lint brush. It was exactly this. It's a very short but stiff nap that lies in one direction and catches the loose hair with every swipe. And it does excel at that, I will say for sure. Two or three swipes, and all the cat hair is off the blankets / shirt / pants / whatever. It does get the loose hair off the cat, too, but it doesn't dig any deeper like a normal brush or comb would. The true downfall to using this as a lint remover is that the two sides have nap pointed in towards the middle. The way you remove the hair from the fabric is to basically swipe it in the same direction as the nap, and it slides right out. With the two sides pointed towards the middle, it's really hard to clean one side without just pushing it onto the other side. It's possible with a little bit of dedication, but it's not easy breezy swipe and go.It's also not super comfortable on my hand. Again it's doable, but the seam in the middle sort of means I have to hold it awkwardly and swipe at whatever I'm using it on with the side instead of slipping my hand into it fully and using it in a natural way.All told, it's not bad as a forever lint roller. It's sturdy and it looks well made. It's just not a brush.

This item overall feels pretty well made and comfortably slides over my hand. The surface is soft enough that even my skittish dog doesn’t seem to mind it. I am a little skeptical of its hair catching ability. It seems to be collecting a few bits of hair, but I think it’s dependent on the direction that you brush with it. Once there is hair on it, it takes a bit of rubbing to remove the hair. I also tried to use this on my velvet couch, which is covered in dog hair, and it didn’t seem to be too effective there. I feel like there should be a few more creases in it to curve around my dogs body. Jury is still out on how much hair this will capture but will continue to use it!

I got this for two of my cats that don't like to be brushed because I thought it might be nicer for them. While it is much softer than a traditional brush, it does absolutely nothing to collect fur.

So, I don't really like it. Needs to be more flexible, for one. If my feral kitten sees it coming for him, he runs. But if I sneak up on him while he's eating, he loves it. Starts purring and moving up against it.The surface isn't what I thought it was. Not very scratchy or anything. It does not seem to remove any hair. But for some reason, he likes it. I dunno. I see that the price has dropped considerably since I got it. I think that makes it a better deal. Again, I don't like it, but the cat does. So...

Very stiff so it’s hard to wrap around cat when using. Does remove hair. It’s large do our two cats don’t like it.

i’m not sure how other people are getting any results from this. nothing came off of my cat. it does however work pretty well to get hair off of furniture, so. two stars
