Hard to get the handles to snap on, also this is a stretch to fit a 17inch toilet. If I don't have my carpet underneath the ladder it doesn't reach.

We’ve been using this product for almost a month now and within the past week, it has started collapsing every time my 25 pound toddler goes to use it. She’s being very gentle with it. She’s not jumping on it. She’s not stepping on the portion that’s intended to be the toilet seat. She’s just standing on it to “brush” her teeth. The “locking pins” Simply do not extend far enough to keep the steps engaged with prolonged standing. The interesting part is that it is still difficult to intentionally, unlock the pins to Transition to using it as a toilet seat. At this point, I have to keep my foot directly behind the steps the whole time she’s on it in order for it not to collapse underneath her.One will be discontinuing use as this product is unsafe.

I’ve bought the potty training seat for my 2 years old daughter, and it’s a game changer! It helps a lot to train kids, it’s also multitasking thing, my baby uses it’s also as a step stool to reach something on her own, she even turns on her imagination and pull it somewhere when she wants to reach something.The quality is good, you need just to assemble it and ready to go!
