Je kan je geld beter uitgeven aan een DAC of iets dergelijks. Geluidskwaliteit is via dit apparaat echt waardeloos en voor mij onbruikbaar.

Comprato perche la mia scheda hypex aveva il cavo tutto annodato e danneggiato.La scheda quando é collegata alle cuffie produce un costante suono di sottofondo, come un sibilo, ho dissaldato il cavo usb e saldato sull’originale scheda amp di hyperx.

I have a Hyper X cloud II and it started turning my volume all the way down at random. In the middle of a game or call. The company was asking for like $70 to replace it. Luckily I found this cheaper alternative and my headset sounds as clear as the day I bought it now. I wonder how many people threw out their headsets and that’s all they needed.

There's a constant hiss sound that doesn't go away when adjusting computer settings. It's VERY audible and you don't get used to it, it's not a problem with my headset because this happens only when using this sound card. The microphone input is also weak, even at max mic volume the recording is very quiet. Tested this on two different computers, same issues in both cases.Planning on refunding.

I bought this item december 27 2023. So far at the time of 11/10/24 the audio jack bugs out and does not work properly. The audio still works just mic cuts off. Therefore quality is below average. Other than that the product is good fr the price.

I needed an economic workaround for auditioning sound samples on my R340 Poweredge server that had no sound card. I also was having regular issues with Audio driver conflicts on my Ryzen 5 PC workstation. This worked literally out of the box. Initially I thought it was cheap and weak by the lightness of components and high initial background noise when I connected my headphones. But that feeling changed when the audible noise dropped off and my Windows 10 PC quickly installed “PnP Audio Device” and worked immediately without need to logout or reboot the system. I absolutely love it now and showed it off to my neighbors as a marvel of modern technology. Later I will see if it will work with my different Audio editing and VSTi host software.

OSX could not properly power the mic input for the Hyper X Cloud Stinger. This has completely fixed that issue! The headphone audio sounds great. The mic audio has some slight room noise on the highest volume setting, but otherwise it's great. The mute and volume controls on the device itself are very handy. Highly recommend this for anyone having issues with headsets on OSX.

got to say for the price I was expecting this thing to just be an external converter, but the actual surround sound, performs very well the buttons on the side allow for individual control of the surround sound, plug and Play didn't have to really download any software or update any drivers however I did have to switch the primary drivers from the sound card on the on the motherboard. pro tip if you want better surround sound drivers you can use Dolby Atmos for a small fee also I think real tech has some 7.1 surround sound options, for free

I'm using this to plug an headset into a laptop and have decent volume control. I do like that it helps extend the length of the cord AND allows me to turn volume up and down. I did not forsee that the voice volume (in addition to the convenient mute button) would sometimes cause issues. For the price I'm not going to complain much, but often when I first turn on the computer if I get into voice, I must turn up the voice volume or no one can hear me. I never had to do this with the other headsets I have and I don't have to do it on my desktop with discord so I believe it is the device. The sound quality is very nice and people have commented that I am very clear. So overall its a great little external sound connector for the price!
