My mower was making a racket when I engaged the blade. My mobile mower repair guy told me I needed a spindle replaced on the deck. Found this spindle when I searched It looked like what I could see above the deck. Called the repair guy back and as soon as I showed it to him he said no that is an engine spindle. So if you are looking for an engine spindle this might be what you need.
