A little hard to get the cord to line up properly. I had to remove a little bit of the rubber coating to get it to be seated properly on the camera. Works well

The length of the cable let's you go a good distance to an outlet and eliminate a solar charger or changing batteries.

I've had Arlo cameras for years, but just recently purchased some new Arlo Pro 4 units. I bought these chargers because I prefer to have constant power and not rely on batteries to be swapped out repeatedly (because no matter what Arlo tells you, you're not going to get 3 months battery life out of these). I haven't decided on final camera placement so I don't have these cables permanently installed yet.When one of the new cameras finally gave me a low battery indication I decided to open up the box and use one of these new cables. I plugged it in and let it charge overnight with no issues, even in a little light rain. Last night the same cable was used on a second camera whose battery was low. At 4:00 a.m. I received a notification on my phone that the camera was requesting a factory reset. I didn't see the message until I woke up this morning, but I found that camera no longer on my list of devices. It had been deleted from my account, meaning the entire library of its footage is also gone.I took the camera down from its mount was ready to start a tech support case with Arlo. Before I did that, I took the same charging cable and plugged it into a third camera whose battery had just died. About 15 minutes after I plugged that camera in I got the same message from the Arlo system: that camera was requesting a factory reset!I'm still going to start a case with Arlo just to be sure, but the only common thread is this new cable.

Flat cable section is only 20ft with additional 3 ft from the power adapter section.
