This ceiling fan & light remote control kit has the function of dimming.
The light dimmer compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lamps.
Most LED lights and all CFL lights are non-dimmable, light dimmer only supports the ON/OFF function in that case, and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.

Auto Bluetooth Wifi Set Up
Turn on the smart phone or device’s Bluetooth function is ON. Ensure the smart phone or device’s network is fine.
Before connecting,please make sure your smart phone or device is connecting with your home WI-FI 2.4GHz successfully.It don't support 5GHz and 5.8GHz.
Open the application,click “+” to select “Auto Scan Mode”, and then start to automatically scan product that can be connected.
Once connected ,the App will prompt the connection,then click “Done”.
- Rename the fan and light as you like for easy control.
- Share with your families so that they are able to control from their own phones.
- Turn off the beep sound in settings of the fan from smart life app if you like.
- Please remember to turn on light and fan to max speed with your original switch before using this wifi fan controller.
- Pleaes note the receiver does not have the function of reverse.
- If it cannot be paired with the Smart life App, check whether the 2.4G WI-FI network is working fine. Clear Cache (in the settings of Smart life App). Restart the Smart life App and pair again.

When you choose to connect to the router on the mobile App, please choose 2.4G network; do not choose 5G or 5.8G network. Otherwise the device may not be able to connect to the App.
LEARN KEY button
The production settings of this smart ceiling fan remote control kit have been configured and can be used directly. If it fails to work, please use the learn button to re-match.
How to set the function of learning button:
1. Disconnect the receiver's power cord and connect it again to restart the receiver.
2. Please press the "Study Button" (it is a small hole in the battery case, you need to use the needle to press it) of the remote control within 30 seconds and keep this action for 3-5 seconds.
3. If you hear your receiver making a beeping sound or the indicator light flashes a few times, the match is successful.
Easy to Install
1. Remove ceiling fan canopy from the mounting bracket
NOTE: Remove power from the circuit.Otherwise power can cause serious injury or death.
2. Installing receiver in ceiling fan
The receiver wires are labelled, and the wires all have the correct color codes. Same color wire connects together Blue to Blue, Black to Black, White to White.
ATTENTION: Wire color maybe different in very old fans
3. LEARN KEY
Use the LEARN key to match the receivers.
4. Install a CR2032 battery
Install a CR2032 battery in the remote, and you can control your fan now.

Product works as advertised. Adds voice control to an existing ceiling fan.Be aware that it'll probably take a bit of work to move all the wires out of the way so that the controller will fit between the fan mount and the junction box. It'll definitely fit, but the wires aren't easy to wrangle. Be careful and make sure that power's turned off when you install.

There are no instructions on how to put the device in pairing mode to connect to Smart Life.

My hunter fan came with a remote that had no tactile bumps to tell which end was which and the button layout was 3x3 squares, so it was nearly impossible to know which button you were pressing in the dark.This remote swapped out easily, has clear distinction from button to button AND works with Google Assistant, Alexa or from the app. Love it.

So far, I rate this product 5 stars. It was fairly easy to install, and it works through my nested home WIFI. Those of you who purchased the Hunter Ceiling Fan(s) will love this if your receiver and remote have failed. I will update this post if I encounter any problems. At this point, I highly recommend it.
