Toilet wax seal ring kit has all necessary accessories including toilet wax ring, 2 brass bolts, 2 retainer washers, 2 metal washers, 2 locking nuts and 2 caps for easy DIY Installation. Directions: 1. Set the toilet bowl upside down on a soft non-abrasive surface. Place the EvertechPRO toilet gasket ring firmly in place around the discharge opening (with the polypropylene flange pointing away from the bowl). 2. Carefully lift the bowl over the toilet flange, line it up with the flange bolts and set it in place. Twist the bowl slightly to spread the wax gasket and use your body weight to seat the bowl on the floor. 3. Tighten the flange bolts, but do not over tighten
