It's ok, but the material seems pretty cheap.

Just in case you're unaware this cloak goes down to about the waist on an average size adult. However it does seem to be decent enough quality and is fairly comfortable. It could be paired with a long coat or a long cape to give a layered cloak look. That being said it's a good choice for the aspiring cosplayer.
